General Questions

When will the next agenda be available on your site?

Agendas are posted as soon as they are available from the corrensponding agency. If you require an earlier distribution of the agenda, we would advise establishing direct contact with the agency.


How long after a meeting is an archive available for viewing?

Within San Luis Obispo County, meeting archives are uploaded after a post production process, and while we make every effort to upload a meeting in the shortest period of time, meetings may take as long as 72 hours to be uploaded to our distribution servers.


Computer Users

How do I download a copy of an archived video ( or audio ) file to my own computer?

Copies of archived video files are available for download by simply clicking a download link below a video.

How do I find a place in a video that corresponds to an agenda item?

When a key point indexed agenda is provided, you'll see markers like this: . Click a marker, and the video will shift to the corresponding time in the meeting.



Windows Users


The archive page loads, but I cannot see the video player.

If an archive page for a meeting does not display a player applet in the left-hand frame of the page, or if the video won't play, it is possible that the browser you are using is quite out of date. Current versions of Edge, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Vivaldi, and Opera will all work fine. If a video is slow to load, hesitates, or fails to load, you may have Internet connectivity issues.


Mac Users

I can't view any archives through the website.

If an archive page for a particular meeting does not display a media player applet in the left-hand frame of the page, or if the video won't play, it is possible that the browser you are using is quite out of date. Current versions of Safari, Chrome, and Firefox will all work fine. If a video is slow to load, hesitates, or fails to load, you may have Internet connectivity issues.


Smart Phone and Tablet Users

Android and iOS (iPhone, iPad)

I can't view any archives through the website.

Playback will not start automatically. This is to protect people who must pay for bandwidth from accidentally starting a video they don't intend to watch. To start a video, click the arrow in the center of the video area and wait momentarily for it to load. When an agenda is provided, you can scroll down below the video and select key points that are marked with to jump to the corresponding place in the video. Depending on your settings, you can usually turn your mobile device sideways to watch in full-screen mode.
